📋 Description

• • As a Principal Solutions Engineer, Product Partnerships at Engine Group Holdings, Inc., you will serve as the technical point of contact for partners and customers during integration, launch, and go-live, while building the foundation for a scalable Solutions Engineering function from the ground up.
• • Day to day, you will lead technical discovery and solution design for partner integrations, guide partners through API usage and authentication, own technical launch readiness and sign-off, provide post-launch technical support, triage and resolve integration issues with Product and Engineering teams, deliver structured feedback to inform API roadmap and developer experience, build and maintain technical launch playbooks and documentation, and design the Solutions Engineering function including role scope, engagement models, success metrics, tooling, and hiring and mentoring future team members.
