  • • As a Principal Solutions Executive I - Security in the Education sector for the Northeast region, you will drive CDW Security’s market share and revenue growth by selling security services and products to K12 and Higher Education institutions.
  • • Day to day, you will develop and execute sales strategies, manage the full sales lifecycle, build relationships with IT, security, finance, compliance, and procurement leaders, coordinate with internal SMEs and partners, maintain Salesforce pipelines, and mentor junior team members.
  • • CDW is a Fortune 500 technology solutions provider that operates as a collaborative coworker culture, focused on trust, innovation, and delivering impactful technology solutions across education, healthcare, government, and business sectors.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise security sales, master multiple security domains (including IAM, cloud security, risk compliance, and workforce development), and grow as a trusted advisor and leader in the education technology space.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related technical field or equivalent experience
  • • 10+ years of experience in security services/solutions sales or equivalent security practitioner background
  • • Proven experience selling into the Education market (K12 or Higher Education)
  • • Mastery of at least seven of CDW’s security focus areas (e.g., Identity and Access Management, Cloud Security, Threat and Vulnerability Management)
  • • Demonstrated success in enterprise sales with strategic planning, execution, and year-over-year goal attainment
  • • Strong communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills
