- • The Principal Statistical Programmer leads statistical programming activities for clinical trial data analysis, ensuring timelines, quality, and regulatory compliance are met while supporting company strategic objectives.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading creation, validation, traceability, and reproducibility of analysis datasets and statistical outputs; developing and validating CDISC SDTM and regulatory deliverables (Define.xml, SDTM aCRF, cSDRG); contributing to statistical analysis plans; preparing electronic submissions to regulatory authorities; managing project subdirectories; developing global programming macros; conducting resource planning and budgeting; and mentoring junior staff in advanced statistical programming techniques.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics/Biostatistics, Computer Science, or Mathematics with 10+ years of relevant experience, OR Master’s Degree in the same fields with 8+ years of relevant experience
- • 5+ years of experience as a statistical programmer in the pharmaceutical industry
- • Expert-level proficiency in CDISC SDTM guidelines and regulatory deliverables (Define.xml, SDTM aCRF, cSDRG)
- • Highly proficient in SAS programming
- • Working knowledge of clinical research, Good Clinical Practices, and regulatory requirements/guidelines
- • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities
