- • Leads innovation-based goals through new healthcare reimbursement models, redesign consultation, payer/provider engagement, and market opportunities to create competitive differentiation and sustainable advantage for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina.
- • Consults with ASO clients on pharmacy benefits, programs, and pricing strategies; analyzes client data for cost-savings and utilization trends; conducts quarterly and annual utilization review meetings; manages relationships with ASO clients, medical sales partners, and external consultants.
- • Works within a strategic advisory team focused on healthcare delivery transformation, reimbursement, and strategy; collaborates cross-functionally as a subject matter expert to support enterprise growth objectives while improving member outcomes and managing costs.
- • Develops expertise in strategic planning, complex quantitative and qualitative analysis, thought leadership, and mentoring junior team members; drives operational improvements through advanced analytics, project management, and consulting approaches; presents insights to senior leadership and internal/external audiences.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree (where required), or equivalent experience
- • 8+ years of experience in a related field
- • In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of relevant professional experience
