• • The Principal Strategist, Social Commerce is a senior thought leader responsible for driving innovation, growth, and best-in-class execution across social commerce platforms, with a focus on TikTok Shop and broader social commerce strategies, ensuring seamless integration within client solutions and agency operations.
• • Day to day, the role involves advocating for innovation by adopting emerging best practices and industry insights, developing and implementing new solutions to elevate TikTok Shop performance, partnering with the Innovation & Growth Lead to define future roadmaps, using AI responsibly to enhance strategy quality and speed, collaborating with account and client teams to develop positioning and content, representing TikTok Shop in high-value new business pitches, acting as an executive-level advisor to convert insights into funded decisions, operating feedback loops between client needs and product teams, synthesizing multi-source data into investment cases, and driving achievement toward social revenue goals, expansion dollars, solution adoption, and client retention.

• • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in social commerce strategy, influence executive decision-making through data-driven insights, lead cross-functional initiatives without formal authority, shape agency-wide innovation roadmaps, master proprietary analytics tools, and become a recognized subject matter expert in TikTok Shop and social commerce, driving client success and internal enablement while advancing their leadership and strategic impact.
