🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in technical project management, with a strong emphasis on software development, system integrations, or cloud-based solutions.
- • Demonstrated success in managing complex, client-facing projects from initiation to closure, including scope definition, planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
- • Deep understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and the ability to apply them effectively in a technical context.
- • Experience with cloud-based contact center solutions, specifically NICE CXone, is highly desirable.
- • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, challenges, and solutions with engineering teams and clients.
- • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
