- • As a Principal Technical Recruiter at Talentful Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in helping high-growth technology companies build world-class teams by attracting, engaging, and retaining top technical talent—turning recruitment into a strategic driver of business value and long-term competitive advantage.
- • You will partner directly with fast-scaling technology clients, embedding yourself within their organizations to deeply understand their culture, hiring needs, and talent challenges, ensuring recruitment efforts are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
- • Find and attract the world's best technical talent for clients across diverse industries, leveraging advanced sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates who are not actively seeking new roles.
- • Utilize deep sourcing techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other niche platforms to uncover hard-to-find talent in specialized technical domains such as software engineering, data science, DevOps, and AI/ML.
- • Work exclusively with one client at a time to become fully embedded in their team—participating in team meetings, understanding internal workflows, and building trusted relationships with hiring managers and technical leaders.
- • Partner with senior stakeholders (including CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and HR leaders) to advise on talent strategy, workforce planning, and employer branding, helping them recognize recruitment as a core business function.
- • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles—from intake and sourcing to screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding—ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience for both candidates and clients.
- • Continuously refine recruitment processes by introducing best practices, improving interview structures, and enhancing candidate experience to increase offer acceptance rates and reduce time-to-hire.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of technical recruitment experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with proven success filling niche and hard-to-fill roles across software engineering, data, infrastructure, and related technical disciplines.
- • Strong sourcing expertise, including advanced Boolean search techniques and experience leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other specialized talent pools to identify passive candidates.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with C-suite stakeholders, hiring managers, and diverse candidate populations.
