- • The Global Legal Assistant role at Pete Olson Injury Law is a pivotal position supporting a personal injury firm dedicated to fighting for injured clients across Tennessee, where precise legal documentation directly impacts case success and client justice.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting complaints for 10-20 new cases monthly, converting complaints into Requests for Admissions, drafting and responding to motions, conducting legal research, summarizing medical records, assisting with dictation drafting, and operating within structured templates to ensure consistent, high-quality legal documentation.
- • The team at Pete Olson Injury Law is a cohesive, experienced group of attorneys and paralegals committed to honesty, toughness, and client-centered advocacy, with over three decades of excellence in personal injury law and a mission to secure compensation and rebuild lives.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced legal drafting skills, gain direct exposure to U.S. personal injury litigation practices, collaborate closely with lead paralegals and attorneys, and grow from complaint drafting to motion practice and legal research, contributing meaningfully to case velocity and team efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
- • Advanced paralegal experience or a foreign law degree with strong emphasis on legal drafting
- • Demonstrated ability to draft structured and precise legal documents independently
- • Capable of producing high volume of work quickly while maintaining quality standards
- • Strong command of written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
- • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and make informed decisions
- • Meticulous attention to detail in legal drafting to ensure compliance and client success
