📋 Description

• • The Go-To-Market Performance Manager designs, delivers, and evolves a comprehensive enablement strategy to empower revenue-facing teams with product knowledge, systems, processes, and customer conversation skills, directly impacting sales effectiveness and organizational growth.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and maintaining a unified enablement framework covering sales, technical, and operational readiness; collaborating with subject-matter experts to develop content; supporting GTM Kickoff, QBRs, and customer-facing programs; building evaluation metrics for program effectiveness; creating instructionally sound e-learning courses; updating job aids; assisting with manager development; promoting coaching techniques; and presenting empowerment recommendations to leadership.
