📋 Description

• The RN-to-BSN Academic Advisor serves as a consistent point of contact for nursing students in Stepful’s fully-accredited, 15-month asynchronous RN-to-BSN program, playing a critical role in supporting student success from enrollment to graduation.
• Day to day, the advisor will serve as the primary advisor for a cohort of nursing students, build strong relationships to drive engagement and retention, proactively identify at-risk students for early intervention, provide 1:1 coaching on study skills and time management, help students understand program expectations and clinical requirements, collaborate with instructors and operations teams, and support students in navigating the LMS and virtual classroom tools.

• In this role, the advisor can learn and achieve meaningful impact by helping nursing students overcome academic and personal challenges, improving retention and graduation rates, gaining experience in online education and student support within a mission-driven edtech environment, and contributing to the development of a scalable model for healthcare workforce training.
