📋 Description

• The Assistant Manager – Talent Management & Operations role is critical to driving organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and performance excellence at Dozee Medatech Private Limited, a pioneer in Contactless Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and India’s No. 1 RPM Company.
• Day to day, the role involves partnering with leaders across India and the US to support Talent Management (70%) and Operations (30%), including HR Business Partnering, performance management, employee engagement, HR operations, and people analytics, leveraging data, technology, and AI-driven insights to enhance employee experience and organizational capability.
• The team is dynamic and mission-driven, working at the intersection of healthcare innovation and people strategy, collaborating with top healthcare providers to apply AI-powered RPM solutions that improve staff efficiency, patient outcomes, and care models.
• In this role, the individual will learn to integrate HR strategy with business goals, gain exposure to global HR practices across India and the US, develop expertise in talent management and HR operations, and achieve measurable impact on employee experience and organizational performance through data-informed initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, or Performance Management
• Strong understanding of HR Operations and Employee Engagement initiatives
• Proficiency in using data, technology, and people analytics to drive HR decisions
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams (India and US)
• Business-oriented mindset with focus on organizational effectiveness and performance excellence
