- • Senior Technical Recruiter & People Ops Lead at Apollo.io, a leading go-to-market solution trusted by over 500,000 companies and valued at $1.6 billion, responsible for owning end-to-end technical hiring for the Poland engineering hub and shaping recruiting systems with real autonomy and impact.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include running full-cycle recruiting for software engineers and technical roles, partnering with Engineering and Product leaders on role requirements and scorecards, building pipelines through niche Polish tech communities and referral networks, using data-driven analytics to influence hiring decisions, designing AI-powered recruiting workflows, improving candidate experience, owning employer brand presence in Poland, supporting People Ops on HR queries and policy localization, and sharing frameworks with the global TA team.
- • Apollo.io’s Poland office is a technically talented and tightly-knit engineering hub; the role sits within a collaborative People and Talent team, reporting to the Technical Recruitment Manager and working closely with global TA and local People Ops to ensure seamless hiring, onboarding, and employee experience.
- • The role offers the opportunity to design scalable recruiting frameworks, influence global TA strategy with Poland market insights, build AI-native workflows, deepen HR generalist knowledge, strengthen stakeholder advisory skills, and make a lasting impact on how one of Apollo’s most important technical sites grows and operates.
