📋 Description
- • As a Recruitment Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients and advocate for candidates, playing a critical role in delivering top talent to meet urgent hiring needs through strategic, data-informed recruitment practices.
- • Day to day, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates—while building talent pipelines, managing client relationships, meeting weekly and monthly submission and hire targets, and maintaining accurate ATS reports and administrative records.
- • Wilson Human Capital Group is a collaborative, dynamic, and talented team focused on delivering exceptional recruitment solutions through market intelligence and cutting-edge strategies, serving clients across Quebec with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in end-to-end recruitment, strengthen client and candidate relationship management, refine your ability to anticipate hiring needs, and gain experience executing RPO strategies in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven ability to manage all aspects of recruitment including market research, passive sourcing, advanced internet searches, negotiation, and closing hires in a fast-paced, metrics and deadline-driven environment.
- • Ability to exceed performance goals, integrate feedback, and maintain a clear view of the recruiting pipeline while communicating it effectively to stakeholders.
- • Strong client focus, commitment to continuous improvement, and ability to articulate RPO models and client relationship strategies.
- • Demonstrated computer proficiency including intermediate MS Office skills, experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), and a strong social media presence.
- • Fluency in French and English, with in-depth knowledge of the Quebec labour market and applicable compliance requirements.
