- • Landlord & Tenant Paralegal at Lawhive Inc. supporting Woodstock Legal Services in Poole, playing a critical role in managing possession and debt recovery cases from instruction to enforcement, ensuring timely progression and high-quality legal support in a people-first, innovative law firm environment.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a caseload of possession matters (both standard and defended) and debt recovery cases, proactively progressing files to meet court deadlines and client SLAs, maintaining accurate file notes and time records, delivering commercially focused legal support, working toward monthly billing targets, ensuring accurate time recording for invoicing, monitoring work in progress, facilitating timely invoicing, verifying correct disbursement billing, highlighting outstanding invoices, staying current with landlord and tenant law developments including the Renters’ Rights Act, undertaking continuous professional development, and escalating relevant legislative or regulatory changes affecting active matters.
