📋 Description

• • Emirati Programme Coordinator supporting the development, engagement, and progression of Emirati employees across Deliveroo UAE, playing a key role in advancing Emiratisation objectives by coordinating learning initiatives and enhancing employee experience for national talent.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as a key contact for Emirati employees, supporting development and signposting queries; collaborating with HR Business Partners to develop and implement training and development opportunities; supporting communication and promotion of initiatives for Emirati talent; gathering and analysing feedback to improve employee experience; staying informed on national talent development priorities; supporting design, coordination, and delivery of learning programmes; and assisting collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
