📋 Description

• • As a Senior GTM Recruiter at Vapi Technologies Inc., you will play a critical role in scaling the company’s go-to-market (GTM) functions by owning full-cycle recruiting for revenue-generating teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations. Your work will directly support the company’s rapid growth, with the Sales team expanding at ~5x year-over-year and serving high-profile clients like NYLife and Intuit.
• • On a day-to-day basis, you will partner with CRO, Marketing leadership, and founders to define hiring plans and ideal candidate profiles; develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for competitive AI and SaaS markets; build and nurture diverse talent pipelines; manage and improve structured interview processes for equity and efficiency; drive offer strategy to close top-tier talent; use data to track funnel metrics such as time-to-fill and quality of hire; enhance employer branding in the AI and startup ecosystem; and mentor junior recruiters or coordinate with external agencies as needed.
• • You will join the Talent Acquisition team at Vapi, a Series B company with ~50 employees that has grown to 400,000 developers in 20 months, adding over 2,000 daily. Reporting to the Head of Talent or VP People, you’ll operate in an onsite hybrid model (Tuesday–Thursday in San Francisco) and collaborate closely with executive leadership to elevate the talent bar and scale the GTM organization thoughtfully.
