  • • Owns the territory strategy and execution aligned with overall business strategy and territory growth targets
  • • Responsible for achieving or exceeding annual sales quota for the assigned territory
  • • Applies expert knowledge of Epicor software solutions to demonstrate product differentiation against competitors
  • • Prospects actively within the assigned territory to build a qualified sales pipeline of 5X the annual quota
  • • Coordinates cross-functionally with internal teams to maximize revenue generation from prospects in the territory
  • • Acts as a sales team leader, influencing and collaborating across sales and non-sales departments
  • • Maintains accurate and up-to-date CRM data with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for territory performance
  • • Establishes and manages executive-level relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • • Handles multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously while maintaining pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy
  • • Presents technical product concepts clearly to both customers and internal sales teams
  • • Develops and executes strategic sales plans tailored to the territory’s market dynamics and customer needs
  • • Demonstrates deep knowledge of the specific software industry and market trends relevant to Epicor’s customer base
  • • Leads cross-functional projects to align sales efforts with marketing, product, and customer success initiatives
  • • Ensures alignment between customer needs and Epicor’s AI and cognitive ERP solutions to drive long-term business value
  • • Contributes to a global, inclusive workplace culture by collaborating with diverse teams across regions

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8+ years of applicable sales experience with demonstrated success in the software industry
  • • 3+ years of specialized or industry-specific experience
  • • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in enterprise software sales
  • • Ability to establish and manage executive-level customer relationships
  • • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to present technical concepts clearly
