📋 Description

• Own the evolution of Chime.com as a scalable, measurable, and personalized web ecosystem that drives acquisition and brand growth through technical performance, CMS architecture, and user-centered design.
• Lead the 12–24 month roadmap for headless CMS (Contentful), reusable components, and Core Web Vitals improvements, setting OKRs and reporting to senior leadership on site health, performance, and conversion metrics.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to enable experimentation, personalization, and SEO best practices while translating technical complexity for non-technical stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years owning large-scale or headless CMS platforms (Contentful, Storyblok, Sanity, or equivalent)
• Strong command of Core Web Vitals, caching strategies, and performance-tuning techniques
• Hands-on experience with technical SEO, structured data, and web accessibility standards
• Proven ability to write PRDs, define acceptance criteria, and drive sprint execution with engineering teams
• Fluent in GA4, Looker, and Google Search Console with experience partnering with data teams on reporting
• Skilled at translating technical complexity for non-technical stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Leadership
