- • As a Principal Workday Technical Analyst at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, you will drive strategic HR technology initiatives by configuring and optimizing Workday systems to maximize organizational value and align HR technology with business goals.
- • Day to day, you will gather requirements from HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT teams; develop and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Studio, APIs, and other tools; troubleshoot and monitor integration performance; manage the full lifecycle of system deployments and upgrades; document configurations and processes; mentor junior team members; and collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver HR technology solutions.
- • You will join a mission-driven healthcare organization committed to improving community health, where your expertise in Workday will directly support HR functions including payroll, recruitment, compensation, and organizational management through innovative technology solutions.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise HR technology, lead complex integration projects, influence HR technology strategy, and grow as a trusted advisor and mentor while contributing to scalable, secure, and efficient HR systems at a major healthcare payer.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (8+ years of relevant work; 10+ years without a degree)
- • Proven experience with Workday integration development, including EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, APIs (REST/SOAP), RaaS, PECI, and XML/XSLT
- • Functional knowledge of Workday HCM modules such as Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, and Organizational Management
