📋 Description

• • The Private Credit Expert AI Trainer role is critical to bridging real-world finance expertise with artificial intelligence, ensuring AI models are trained on accurate, industry-relevant data that reflects how credit professionals underwrite, structure, and monitor private credit deals.
• • Day to day, the individual will contribute direct lending and private credit expertise to develop high-fidelity training data for AI models, including creating examples of credit underwriting, financial modeling, covenant analysis, collateral assessment, deal structuring (first lien, unitranche, second lien, mezzanine), and portfolio monitoring processes.
