📋 Description

• This role is foundational to Clay Labs' expansion into the Private Equity sector, building the infrastructure and programs that enable scalable adoption across PE firms and their portfolio companies. It matters because it transforms how Clay engages with high-value institutional clients, turning relationship-building into repeatable, measurable systems that drive portfolio-wide GTM impact and ARR growth.
• Day to day, the person will map and prioritize PE firms aligned with Clay’s value proposition, build relationships with Operating Partners and Value Creation teams, design PE-specific sales materials and pilot frameworks, coordinate cross-functionally on pilots and commercial terms, and create scalable activation programs (webinars, cohorts, workshops) that drive adoption across portfolio companies while defining and tracking portfolio-level success metrics tied to PE value creation.

• In this role, the person will learn how to design and scale enterprise partnerships motions from scratch, gain deep exposure to PE operating models and value creation levers, develop executive-level storytelling and ROI communication skills, and build repeatable systems that bridge product, GTM, and finance — positioning them as a strategic architect of Clay’s next phase of institutional growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS partnerships, program management, GTM strategy, value creation, consulting, or revenue operations
• Experience working with or presenting to Private Equity Operating Partners, Value Creation teams, or portfolio executives
• Strong systems thinking and comfort designing workflows that reduce manual work
• Fluency in translating technical capabilities into business and financial impact
• Strong bias toward measuring what matters (adoption, ARR, efficiency, outcomes)
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building new motions from scratch
