📋 Description

• Assess and plan the total nursing care of assigned patients on an intermittent visiting basis.
• Supervise and delegate non-professional staff to ensure optimum patient care.
• Complete all required clinical documentation consistently per RHS standards.
• Implement a plan of care and revise when necessary.
• Participate in case conferences and provide education to clients and families.
• Participate in training and support of all team members, volunteers, and students as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia.
• Bachelors Degree in Nursing (Preferred).
• Staff Nurse experience (Preferred).
• Home Care experience (Preferred).
• CPR/BLS Certification within 30 days.
• Valid Drivers License.
