📋 Description
- • Assess and plan the total nursing care of assigned patients on an intermittent visiting basis.
- • Supervise and delegate non-professional staff to ensure optimum patient care.
- • Complete all required clinical documentation consistently per RHS standards.
- • Implement a plan of care and revise when necessary.
- • Participate in case conferences and provide education to clients and families.
- • Participate in training and support of all team members, volunteers, and students as needed.
🎯 Requirements
- • Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia.
- • Bachelors Degree in Nursing (Preferred).
- • Staff Nurse experience (Preferred).
- • Home Care experience (Preferred).
- • CPR/BLS Certification within 30 days.
- • Valid Drivers License.
