📋 Description

• • As a Process Lead for Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Automation at Deel, you will play a pivotal role in transforming financial operations for a global SaaS leader processing over $11.2 billion in annual payments across 150+ countries. Your work will directly impact the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of Deel’s financial infrastructure, ensuring timely cash flow, reduced manual effort, and enhanced compliance in a high-growth, international environment.
• • You will lead the end-to-end optimization of AR and billing processes by analyzing current workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and designing automation-first solutions using RPA, workflow tools, and system integrations. This includes defining KPIs for turnaround times, reconciliation accuracy, dispute resolution, and cash flow forecasting, while partnering with Product, Engineering, and BI teams to implement robust financial systems that support global scale.
• • You will establish and maintain strong internal controls, SOPs, and risk mitigation frameworks to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting, while driving change management initiatives to guide cross-functional teams through process and technology transitions with minimal disruption.
