- • The Procurement Lead role at Vultr is critical to driving data-driven decision-making across global purchasing operations, ensuring cost efficiency, supplier performance, and process excellence in support of the company’s mission to deliver high-performance cloud infrastructure worldwide.
- • Day to day, the Procurement Lead will oversee procurement analytics dashboards and KPIs, validate reporting methodologies, identify cost-reduction opportunities through spend analysis, support vendor negotiations with pricing benchmarks, manage supplier performance evaluations, lead process improvement initiatives, mentor procurement analysts, and serve as the primary analytics point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field
- • 5–8 years of experience in procurement, supply chain analytics, or sourcing
- • Experience mentoring junior analysts or leading analytical workstreams
- • Strong ability to standardize reporting, build dashboards, and improve data governance
- • Ability to collaborate with sourcing managers, finance, and operations without owning negotiations
