- • The Procurement & Purchasing Card Specialist manages the enterprise Purchasing Card (P-Card) program and executes procurement activities for moderate to high complexity goods and services, with a primary focus on IT-related purchases, ensuring strong supplier management, data integrity, and compliance with procurement policies.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include administering the P-Card program (application approvals, credit limits, audits, disputes, account maintenance), processing purchase requisitions and change orders, executing sourcing activities for IT goods and services, leading supplier onboarding and validation, supporting contract lifecycle activities, developing RFPs/RFIs/RFQs, maintaining procurement system data integrity, analyzing transactional data for improvements, and providing guidance to junior procurement staff.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and procurement systems like Coupa, gain experience in contract negotiation and lifecycle management, enhance analytical and problem-solving skills through data-driven procurement decisions, and build cross-functional collaboration abilities while contributing to process improvements and category expertise in IT, professional services, or corporate spend.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of procurement or related experience
- • 2+ years managing a Purchasing Card program
- • 3+ years of category experience in IT, professional services, or corporate spend
- • Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, and DocuSign
- • Experience with Coupa or similar procurement systems
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- • Understanding of procurement, P2P, and supplier management processes
