- • The Procurement Specialist at SailPoint Technologies Holdings, Inc. is responsible for supporting and ensuring the completion of procurement processes for administrative departments, playing a key role in acquiring goods and services efficiently and compliantly.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring policy compliance, developing product/service specifications with business stakeholders, initiating sourcing processes via RFQs, negotiating costs and delivery schedules with suppliers, releasing purchase orders, monitoring supplier performance and delivery, supporting contract preparation and processing, using departmental tools to track contracts, and monitoring software licensing and hardware maintenance renewals.

- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in end-to-end procurement lifecycle management, gain hands-on experience with technology procurement (hardware/software), strengthen supplier negotiation and contract administration skills, and contribute to cost optimization and supply chain reliability within a global enterprise.
🎯 Requirements
- • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent global experience
- • 3-5 years of relevant experience in purchasing and/or indirect procurement required
- • In-depth understanding of office procurement requirements with extensive knowledge of technology (hardware/software)
