📋 Description

• Process purchase orders and invoices with high accuracy to ensure timely and correct procurement transactions.
• Support vendor documentation and compliance requirements to maintain regulatory and internal audit standards.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Fulfillment, and Inbound teams to align procurement activities with operational needs.
• Utilize procurement systems such as NetSuite or SAP to manage purchase orders, vendor records, and transactional data.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in purchase orders, invoices, and vendor communications to prevent delays or financial errors.
• Maintain organized records of vendor contracts, certifications, and compliance documentation for internal and external audits.
• Monitor procurement timelines to ensure inventory needs are met without overstocking or supply chain disruptions.
• Communicate regularly with vendors to clarify order details, resolve billing issues, and confirm delivery schedules.
• Assist in the onboarding of new vendors by collecting and verifying required documentation and contractual terms.
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies in procurement workflows and suggesting actionable solutions.
• Track and report on key procurement metrics such as order accuracy, vendor performance, and invoice processing times.
• Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and financial controls.
• Support cross-functional initiatives aimed at reducing operational costs and improving supply chain efficiency.
• Stay updated on procurement best practices and emerging tools to enhance personal performance and team effectiveness.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced, global e-commerce environment with high transaction volumes.
• Develop foundational skills in procurement operations to support long-term career growth within the company.
