• • We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Producer Director to spearhead innovative projects within Inizio Engage XD Film, with a specialized focus on leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) for content creation.
• • This pivotal role involves managing a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from rapid-turnaround AI-driven films and animations to comprehensive, long-term event content initiatives. You will be entrusted with complete ownership of each project, guiding it from its initial brief through to final delivery.
• • As an integral member of our dynamic, 30-strong in-house film team, you will foster a collaborative environment. You will work closely with a talented pool of producers, directors, animators, editors, and production management professionals to produce end-to-end content that authentically embodies and amplifies our clients' brands.
• • Your leadership will extend across all phases of production: pre-production, production, and post-production. You will act as a key liaison, collaborating effectively with Inizio project leads, our dedicated internal client engagement team, and directly with our esteemed clients.
• • This position offers a hybrid working model, requiring 2-3 days per week in our Plymouth office, providing a balance between in-person collaboration and flexible working.
• • **Pre-Production Excellence:**
• • Skillfully interpret complex client briefs, translating them into compelling and actionable proposals that set clear project objectives and creative direction.
• • Play a leading role in the meticulous budgeting and strategic production planning phases, ensuring financial viability and efficient resource allocation.
• • Drive and manage all pre-production activities, establishing a robust foundation for successful project execution.
• • **Production Oversight and Client Engagement:**
• • Serve as a primary client contact, working in tandem with our internal client engagement team to ensure seamless communication and relationship management.
• • Maintain exceptionally clear and consistent communication channels between clients and the creative teams, fostering understanding and alignment throughout the production process.
• • **Post-Production and Delivery Mastery:**
• • Diligently oversee all aspects of post-production, rigorously ensuring that the creative quality meets and exceeds client expectations and aligns perfectly with the initial brief.
• • Guarantee the timely delivery of all projects, adhering strictly to budget constraints and agreed-upon specifications, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and reliability.
• • Actively participate in both internal and client wash-up meetings, contributing valuable insights and driving continuous improvement for future projects.
