• • As a Producer Director (AI Projects) at Inizio Engage XD Film, you will be at the forefront of innovative content creation, specifically focusing on projects driven by Artificial Intelligence. This pivotal role demands a blend of creative vision, technical proficiency, and exceptional leadership to guide a diverse slate of projects from their initial conception through to final delivery.
• • You will take full ownership of projects, which range from rapid-turnaround AI-driven films and animations to more extensive, long-term event content. This end-to-end responsibility ensures a cohesive and high-quality output that consistently reflects the unique brand identities of our clients.
• • Joining a dynamic team of 30 in-house film professionals, you will foster a collaborative environment. You will work closely with a variety of specialists including producers, directors, animators, editors, and production management staff, pooling collective expertise to achieve outstanding results.
• • Your leadership will span all critical phases of production: pre-production, production, and post-production. This involves close collaboration with Inizio project leads, our dedicated internal client engagement team, and directly with our clients, ensuring alignment and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• • In pre-production, your responsibilities will include meticulously interpreting client briefs to develop compelling proposals. You will be instrumental in the budgeting and strategic planning of productions, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and timelines are realistic. Leading all pre-production activities will set the foundation for successful project execution.
• • During the production phase, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, working in tandem with our internal client engagement team. Maintaining crystal-clear communication channels between clients and the creative teams is paramount to managing expectations and ensuring project momentum.
• • In post-production and delivery, you will meticulously oversee the entire process, guaranteeing that the creative quality meets and exceeds client expectations. Your focus will be on delivering projects punctually, within budget, and to the precise specifications agreed upon. Participating actively in internal and client wash-up meetings will provide valuable insights for continuous improvement.
• • This role is designed for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and possesses a deep understanding of both traditional filmmaking and emerging AI technologies. You will be expected to drive innovation, explore new creative avenues, and ensure that Inizio Engage XD Film remains a leader in AI-driven content production.
