• • We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Producer Director to spearhead AI-driven content projects within Inizio Engage XD Film. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver a diverse range of creative outputs, from rapid AI-generated films and animations to comprehensive, long-term event content. You will be entrusted with complete ownership of projects, guiding them seamlessly from initial client brief through to final delivery, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction at every stage.
• • As an integral member of our dynamic 30-strong in-house film team, you will foster a collaborative environment, working closely with a talented pool of producers, directors, animators, editors, and production management professionals. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and executing end-to-end content strategies that authentically capture and amplify our clients' brands, ensuring every piece of content resonates with their target audience and strategic objectives.
• • Your responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of production, including meticulous pre-production planning, dynamic on-set or virtual production execution, and sophisticated post-production refinement. You will serve as a key liaison, building strong working relationships with Inizio project leads, our dedicated internal client engagement team, and directly with our valued clients, ensuring alignment and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• • In the pre-production phase, you will be adept at interpreting complex client briefs, translating them into compelling creative proposals, and developing detailed project scopes. This includes collaborating closely on the creation of accurate budgets and robust production plans, ensuring all projects are set up for success from the outset. You will lead all pre-production activities, from conceptualization and storyboarding to casting and location scouting, laying a solid foundation for efficient and effective production.
• • During the production phase, you will act as a primary point of contact for clients, working in tandem with our internal client engagement team to manage expectations and deliver project updates. Maintaining crystal-clear communication channels between clients and the diverse creative teams is paramount, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed, engaged, and aligned with the project's progress and creative direction.
• • In post-production and delivery, you will meticulously oversee all aspects of the editing, visual effects, sound design, and color grading processes. Your focus will be on upholding the highest standards of creative quality while ensuring absolute alignment with client expectations and brand guidelines. The ultimate goal is to deliver projects punctiliously on time, within budget, and to the exact specifications agreed upon, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and reliability.
• • You will actively participate in both internal and client post-project review meetings, known as wash-up meetings. These sessions are vital for capturing key learnings, celebrating successes, and identifying areas for continuous improvement in future projects, fostering a culture of learning and adaptation within the team.
• • A significant aspect of this role involves leveraging and exploring the potential of Artificial Intelligence in content creation. You will be at the forefront of integrating AI tools into our workflows, experimenting with new technologies, and developing innovative approaches to content production that enhance efficiency, creativity, and impact. This includes staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI for video generation, voice synthesis, and other creative applications.
• • You will be instrumental in developing and refining production techniques, particularly those that incorporate AI, ensuring that Inizio Engage XD Film remains at the cutting edge of the industry. This involves not only understanding current best practices but also pioneering new methods and workflows that can be adopted by the wider team.
• • The role requires a proactive approach to client management, not only assessing their needs but consistently striving to exceed their expectations through creative solutions and exceptional service delivery. Building long-term, trusted relationships with clients will be a key measure of success.
• • This is a hybrid role, requiring 2-3 days per week in our Manchester office, offering a blend of collaborative in-office work and flexible remote working.
