📋 Description
- • Dentsu Creative is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Temporary Producer, Integrated Production to manage mid-to-large scale integrated projects from their initial kick-off through to final delivery. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless execution of creative concepts across a variety of media, transforming innovative ideas into tangible, high-quality deliverables. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, capable of navigating a fast-paced agency environment with agility and a commitment to excellence.
- • In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for leading the execution of integrated productions, which may encompass a wide range of formats including broadcast commercials, engaging social content, impactful still photography, sophisticated animation, unique artist collaborations, and cutting-edge digital experiences. You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, meticulously manage vendor procurement and relationships, and maintain a vigilant focus on the overall quality of work, ensuring that all deliverables and workstreams meet the highest standards. A fundamental aspect of your role will involve a basic understanding of essential legal and rights clearances, such as identifying when NDAs, permits, talent releases, and usage terms are necessary. Furthermore, you will leverage intermediate knowledge of SAG-AFTRA guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulations for the shooting and recording of talent, including accurate considerations for usage and payment.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close collaboration with a diverse array of creative and technical professionals. This includes working hand-in-hand with art directors, copywriters, and designers to bring creative visions to life. You will partner with account management and project managers to ensure projects stay on track, on budget, and aligned with client objectives. Additionally, you will liaunt with editors and animators to refine final outputs, and for digital projects, you will engage with tech leads, UX designers, and developers to ensure a cohesive and functional end product. A key part of your contribution will be to elevate the creative output, actively seeking versatile solutions that preserve and enhance good ideas, and leading the evolution of creative concepts into even stronger, more impactful executions.

- • This role is specifically designed for a temporary engagement, running from approximately May 26th to July 17th, 2026, with an expected commitment of around 40 hours per week. The position is based in Chicago, IL, with a hybrid work model requiring in-office presence. This is a W2 hourly, non-exempt position. The hourly pay range for this role is $35.04 - $46.89, dependent on factors such as experience and skills. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays and safe and sick time in accordance with Dentsu policy, but this position is not eligible for other benefits or compensation.
