📋 Description

• • As a Product Adoption & Insights Manager at Motorola Solutions, you will serve as the critical bridge between product behavior and business value, building the data framework that proves and improves the impact of mission-critical technology used to keep communities safe.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include defining instrumentation strategy with Product and Engineering teams, identifying adoption gaps through behavioral segmentation, leading executive narrative and insights for senior leadership, and acting as the central point of contact for telemetry and product adoption strategy across functions.
• • You will join a global, close-knit community at Motorola Solutions dedicated to keeping people safer everywhere through technologies like 9-1-1 call handling, AI-powered video security, and land mobile radio systems.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in product analytics, SaaS data integration, and strategic influence, enabling you to drive resource allocation and product improvements that directly enhance customer outcomes and organizational effectiveness.
