- • As a Product Adoption Manager, Lower Funnel at Reddit Inc., you will lead a team of Product Adoption Strategists to accelerate and scale the adoption of priority products and features, driving advertiser success and revenue growth by partnering closely with sales teams to pitch, onboard, activate, and grow advertisers on Lower Funnel product solutions.
- • Day to day, you will attract, train, and develop a world-class team; collaborate on vertical and account-level product strategies; empower your team to exceed adoption and revenue targets; partner with Sales and Product Leaders to refine target account lists and identify roadmap opportunities; work with Strategy & Ops leadership to track progress and accelerate outcomes; and build senior-level relationships with external clients, agency partners, and internal stakeholders across Product, PMM, and Sales.
- • You will join Reddit’s Product Adoption team, which operates within one of the internet’s largest platforms—home to 100,000+ active communities and approximately 126 million daily active unique visitors—where you’ll contribute to groundbreaking strategies in a dynamic, innovative environment focused on advertiser success and revenue growth.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of direct people management experience in advertising, media sales, and/or product growth
- • 10+ years of experience in media sales
- • Experience leading teams at dynamic, industry-leading companies while working across a variety of verticals and challenges
- • Track record of building high-performing teams through mentorship, talent development, and strategic talent acquisition
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- • Excellent communication skills
- • Passion for Reddit and its incredibly unique audiences
