- • Rwazi Inc. is seeking a highly analytical and strategically minded Product Analyst to join our globally distributed, remote-first team. Reporting directly to the VP of Product, this full-time role is pivotal in shaping the future of our AI-powered SaaS platform. You will be the guardian of our quantitative visibility layer, responsible for transforming raw user behavior and product performance data into actionable intelligence that drives product strategy and roadmap decisions. At Rwazi, we believe that robust, decision-grade data is the bedrock of exceptional enterprise solutions, and this role is central to ensuring our product evolution is grounded in evidence, not just intuition.
- • The core mandate of the Product Analyst is to own the measurement and interpretation of user behavior across our entire SaaS platform. This involves meticulously tracking feature adoption, user engagement, and critical retention signals. You will be instrumental in identifying friction points within user journeys and pinpointing areas of drop-off, translating these complex behavioral patterns into clear, structured insights. Your ultimate responsibility is to provide data-backed, actionable recommendations to the VP of Product and cross-functional teams, ensuring that every product decision is informed by a deep understanding of how our users interact with our platform.
- • In the realm of User Behavior Analysis, your responsibilities will include tracking intricate user journeys across our various dashboards, workflows, and modules. You will identify recurring usage frequency patterns across different accounts, analyze session depth, monitor repeat usage, and detect signals that indicate potential expansion opportunities. A key aspect of this will be analyzing and understanding the behavioral differences exhibited by users across various industry verticals and distinct enterprise segments, allowing for tailored product improvements.
- • For Feature Performance & Adoption, you will closely monitor the performance of newly launched features, tracking their adoption velocity and engagement rates. This includes identifying features that are underutilized and diagnosing the underlying causes for this lack of adoption. You will also play a crucial role in supporting A/B testing initiatives and analyzing the results of experiments to optimize feature effectiveness and user experience.
- • When it comes to Retention & Expansion Metrics, you will be tasked with measuring account-level retention and identifying key churn indicators. You will proactively identify signals that are predictive of future account expansion or contraction, providing early warnings and opportunities for intervention. Building and analyzing cohort analyses across different industries and client tiers will be essential for understanding long-term user value and engagement.
- • As the custodian of Product KPI Governance, you will define and maintain the core product metrics that define success. Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all reporting dashboards is paramount. You will also maintain a regular cadence for product performance reporting, typically on a weekly and monthly basis, ensuring stakeholders are consistently informed.
- • Your ability to generate Insight and provide Strategic Input will be critical. This involves translating complex data into clear, structured, and compelling insights that can be easily understood by both technical and non-technical audiences. You will provide data-driven recommendations to the VP of Product and other cross-functional teams, and crucially, you will be responsible for surfacing early warning signals that may affect the overall health and performance of the product.
- • The impact of a strong Product Analyst in this role is profound. You will directly contribute to data-driven roadmap decisions, enabling faster detection of product friction, and ultimately leading to improved feature adoption rates, higher retention, and increased expansion metrics. This role significantly reduces the reliance on anecdotal feedback, strengthening the intelligence behind our product evolution and ensuring a more disciplined, data-informed approach to product growth. This is a product intelligence role deeply embedded within product execution, not a passive reporting function or disconnected general business analytics.
- • This role requires structured reasoning, proactive insight generation, and a genuine fluency in product thinking. You will be expected to think in systems and causal relationships, question assumptions rigorously, and validate hypotheses with data. We value individuals who prefer clarity over complexity, move quickly to iterate on insights, and are comfortable operating with executive visibility. If you enjoy turning complex behavioral data into tangible product advantage, this is the role for you.
