- • The Product Analyst supports the Product Team by maintaining and enhancing existing products and creating new ones, playing a critical role in aligning data-driven insights with product development to deliver value to stakeholders and clients.
- • Day to day, the role involves understanding client business needs, executing and improving operational procedures, enhancing data products, conducting data quality checks, creating technical requirements and user stories, collaborating with stakeholders across time zones, and supporting Agile development processes.
- • The team operates within Precision Medicine Group, a company focused on healthcare analytics and consulting, where the Product Analyst works closely with Senior Data Analysts, Product Owners, engineering, and engagement teams to ensure seamless product execution and knowledge transfer.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in healthcare data products, Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and technical documentation, while strengthening analytical, project management, and communication skills through cross-functional collaboration and process improvement initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electronics/Communication, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
- • 1–2 years of experience using SQL and Excel for data analysis, with exposure to stored procedures as a plus
- • Proven ability to work with global teams across different time zones
- • Detail-oriented with strong focus on quality, analytics, and operations
- • Experience in Pharmaceuticals, Managed Markets Consulting, or Analytics Consulting is advantageous
- • Preferred: Master’s degree or MBA/PGDM; experience in product development, management, or operations; strong knowledge of US Healthcare, payer/provider datasets, and managed care analytics; familiarity with Retool, Power BI, and Power Query
