đź“‹ Description
- • Join Fundraise Up as a pivotal Product Analyst for our Core team, a role designed for seasoned professionals with over 5 years of dedicated experience. This is a unique opportunity to be an early architect of our analytical infrastructure, working closely with product metrics, establishing foundational data marts, and crafting insightful dashboards that empower our product teams to make truly data-driven decisions. You will be one of the first members of a new, high-impact team that is set to grow, offering you the chance to shape its direction and processes from the ground up.
- • At Fundraise Up, we are revolutionizing the nonprofit fundraising landscape. Our modern platform is engineered for speed, convenience, and conversion, enabling millions of dollars to be donated globally each month. We are trusted by leading organizations like UNICEF, the American Heart Association, and the Alzheimer’s Association, a testament to our commitment to excellence, reflected in our outstanding 4.9 out of 5 rating on review platforms. Our primary client base is in the US, Canada, UK, and Australia, serving the enterprise segment.
- • Our global product development team, comprising over 150 talented individuals, spans across Spain, Serbia, Poland, Portugal, Turkey, Cyprus, Georgia, and Armenia. While our internal communication is primarily in Russian, we require strong English proficiency (B2 level) for this role, as you will frequently interact with our US-based business and product stakeholders, and occasionally need to produce documentation and reports in English. You will be an integral part of a dynamic, collaborative, and supportive environment where curiosity, knowledge sharing, and a drive for excellence are paramount. We foster open dialogue and host regular engineering meetups to delve into technical topics and share team insights.
- • In this role, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain the core analytical framework that underpins our product strategy. You will meticulously work with product metrics, defining and refining our metrics tree to ensure absolute transparency and consistency in measurement. This involves not just tracking but understanding the 'why' behind the numbers, translating raw data into actionable insights that guide product development and strategic planning.
- • A key aspect of your contribution will be designing and building robust data marts. These will serve as the backbone for other analysts and stakeholders, providing clean, structured, and reliable data for their own analyses. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive BI dashboards that offer a clear, real-time view of key performance indicators across the entire company. These dashboards will be critical tools for monitoring progress, identifying trends, and communicating performance to various teams and leadership.
- • Beyond infrastructure, you will be deeply involved in the discovery process. You will proactively delve into our data, conducting in-depth research to uncover hidden patterns and opportunities for growth. Your insights will directly inform product teams, helping them identify new features, optimize existing ones, and understand user behavior more profoundly. This investigative work is crucial for maintaining our competitive edge and driving continuous innovation.
- • You will also be expected to handle ad-hoc data requests from product teams, providing timely and accurate analysis to support their immediate needs and strategic initiatives. This requires not only strong analytical skills but also excellent communication and prioritization abilities. Furthermore, you will play a key role in establishing and fine-tuning collaboration processes between the analytics function and other teams, ensuring seamless data flow and effective cross-functional partnerships.
- • This role offers a significant opportunity for professional growth. You will work with a modern tech stack including Python, ClickHouse, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Tableau, Grafana, and Airflow. You'll have the chance to influence the analytical direction of a rapidly growing company and contribute to a product that makes a real difference in the nonprofit sector. If you are a proactive, detail-oriented analyst with a passion for uncovering insights and driving product success through data, we encourage you to apply.
