• We specialize in serving the enterprise segment, with a primary focus on clients in the US, Canada, UK, and Australia.
• As a Product Analyst for our core team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product by leveraging data to drive strategic decisions. This is a unique opportunity to be an early member of a foundational team, contributing to the build-out of our analytical infrastructure from the ground up.
• You will be instrumental in developing the metrics tree, ensuring the transparency and consistency of all measurements, and establishing a robust framework for product analytics.
• Your responsibilities will include designing and building essential data marts that will serve as the backbone for other analysts within the organization, fostering a collaborative and data-informed environment.
• You will be tasked with developing and maintaining comprehensive BI dashboards that provide critical insights to stakeholders across the entire company, enabling them to monitor performance and identify key trends.
• A significant part of your role will involve diving deep into the data to uncover actionable insights, conduct thorough research, and collaborate closely with product teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• You will be the go-to person for ad-hoc data requests from product teams, providing timely and accurate analysis to support their immediate needs and strategic initiatives.
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for setting up and fine-tuning collaboration processes with other teams, ensuring seamless data flow and effective communication across departments.
• This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for solving complex problems and a strong desire to contribute to a fast-paced, data-rich environment.
• You will work closely with a dynamic and collaborative product development team, currently comprising over 150 members located across various countries, with primary communication in Russian. While the team is Russian-speaking, your ability to communicate effectively in English, particularly in writing, will be crucial given the US-based audience and business teams you'll be supporting.
• The core team you will join is being built from scratch, and you will be its second member, with plans for further growth. This presents an exciting chance to influence team structure, processes, and culture from its inception.

• Your work will directly impact the success of a product used by major global nonprofits, helping them achieve their fundraising goals more effectively.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Product Analyst.
• Strong foundation in mathematical statistics and probability theory.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL.
• Expertise in Python and its data analysis libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn).
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Metabase).
• Strong written English for clear documentation and communication (B2 level or higher).
