• • Join Fundraise Up as a pivotal Product Analyst for our Core team, a role designed for seasoned professionals with a minimum of 5 years of experience. In this capacity, you will be instrumental in shaping the analytical foundation of our rapidly growing product development division. You will work closely with product metrics, meticulously developing the metrics tree and ensuring the utmost transparency and consistency in all measurements. Your expertise will be crucial in designing and building robust data marts that will serve as the backbone for other analysts within the company, fostering a standardized and efficient analytical environment.
• • A significant part of your role will involve the development and ongoing maintenance of comprehensive BI dashboards. These dashboards will provide critical insights and real-time visibility into product performance for the entire company, empowering stakeholders across various departments to make informed, data-driven decisions. You will be tasked with proactively seeking out valuable insights hidden within our vast datasets, conducting in-depth research, and collaborating closely with product teams to identify and capitalize on key growth opportunities. This proactive approach to data analysis will directly influence product strategy and execution.
• • Beyond strategic analysis, you will also be responsible for handling ad-hoc data requests from product teams. This requires not only technical proficiency but also the ability to quickly understand business needs and translate them into actionable data queries and analyses. Furthermore, you will play a key role in establishing and fine-tuning collaboration processes with other teams. This involves setting clear communication channels, defining data governance standards, and ensuring seamless integration of analytical insights into the broader product development lifecycle. Your ability to foster strong working relationships and streamline workflows will be essential for the team's success.
