Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Join Fundraise Up as a pivotal Product Analyst for our Core team, a role designed for seasoned professionals with over 5 years of experience. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our fundraising platform by building the foundational analytical infrastructure and empowering product teams with actionable data insights. This is a unique opportunity to be one of the first members of a new, growing analytics function, contributing significantly from the ground up.
- • At Fundraise Up, we are dedicated to making online charitable giving as seamless and efficient as possible. Our modern platform is engineered for speed and conversion, supporting a wide array of payment methods. We are trusted by leading global nonprofits, including UNICEF, the American Heart Association, and the Alzheimer’s Association, processing tens of millions of dollars in donations each month. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our consistently high customer satisfaction ratings.
- • You will work closely with product metrics, developing a comprehensive metrics tree to ensure clarity, consistency, and transparency in how we measure success. This involves defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and establishing robust tracking mechanisms that align with our strategic objectives. Your work will directly influence how we understand user behavior and product performance.
- • A core responsibility will be the design and construction of data marts. These curated datasets will serve as the backbone for other analysts and stakeholders, providing them with reliable and easily accessible data for their own analyses. This requires a deep understanding of data modeling and a commitment to data quality and governance.
- • You will be responsible for developing and maintaining Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards that offer a company-wide view of key metrics and trends. These dashboards will be critical tools for stakeholders across product, marketing, and leadership, enabling them to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions.
- • Beyond building infrastructure, you will actively dive into the data to uncover insights. This involves conducting in-depth research, identifying patterns, and formulating hypotheses to help product teams discover and capitalize on growth opportunities. Your analytical findings will directly inform product strategy and roadmap development.
- • You will be a key resource for product teams, handling ad-hoc data requests. This requires the ability to quickly understand business questions, extract relevant data, perform analysis, and communicate findings effectively, often under tight deadlines.
- • A significant part of your role will involve establishing and refining collaboration processes with other teams. This includes working with engineering to ensure data accuracy, with product managers to define metrics, and with marketing to understand campaign performance. Building strong cross-functional relationships is essential for success.
- • The project's primary audience and business stakeholders are based in the US. While our product development team communicates primarily in Russian, you will occasionally need to communicate and document your work in English. Therefore, strong written English skills are essential for clear and effective communication.
- • This role offers the chance to work within a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will be part of a growing product development team spread across various locations, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and mutual support. We encourage open dialogue and continuous learning, with regular opportunities to discuss technical topics and team achievements.
- • As the second member of this analytics team, you will have a unique opportunity to influence its direction and growth. You will play a crucial role in defining best practices, selecting tools, and mentoring future team members as the function expands. This is a chance to leave your mark on a critical area of the company.
- • Fundraise Up is committed to fostering a transparent and supportive work environment. We believe in empowering our employees with the information and resources they need to succeed. You will have direct access to customer feedback and a clear product vision, enabling you to understand the real-world impact of your work.
