- • As a Product Analyst, GTM (Go-to-Market) at FundraiseUp, you will be an indispensable force driving our strategic decisions by transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights. You will serve as a critical bridge between our product development teams and our vital business functions, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success (CSM), and Partnerships. Your primary objective is to empower these teams with the data-driven understanding they need to optimize their strategies, measure their effectiveness, and directly influence the evolution of our innovative fundraising platform.
- • FundraiseUp is at the forefront of revolutionizing online giving, providing a modern, lightning-fast, and highly convenient platform for nonprofits. - • In this role, you will dive deep into user behavior, identifying both global trends and localized patterns that inform critical product decisions. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests with prospective customers, meticulously measuring their impact and value to optimize performance and user engagement. Your analytical prowess will be key in uncovering critical insights by forming robust hypotheses and rigorously validating them with data, ensuring that our product development is always aligned with market needs and customer success.
- • You will be a go-to resource for ad-hoc analytical requests from stakeholders across the entire organization. This involves translating business questions into analytical frameworks, extracting relevant data, performing thorough analysis, and presenting findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner. Your ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences will be paramount in ensuring that insights are understood and acted upon effectively.
- • The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in mathematical statistics and probability theory, coupled with advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Expertise in Python and its data analysis libraries (such as NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and Scikit-learn) is essential for performing sophisticated analyses and building data models. Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase is crucial for creating insightful dashboards and reports that visualize key performance indicators and trends.
- • You will work within a dynamic, collaborative, and high-impact product development team of over 150 professionals spread across various European locations. While our engineering teams primarily communicate in Russian, our core business operations and customer base are in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. Therefore, excellent command of written and spoken English (C1 level or higher) is a non-negotiable requirement for this role, enabling seamless communication with our international stakeholders and clients.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Product Analyst.
- • Advanced proficiency in SQL.
- • Expertise in Python and its data analysis libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn).
- • Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Metabase).
- • Excellent command of written and spoken English (C1 level or higher).
