  • • As a Product Analyst focused on Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our data and our business objectives. You will be an indispensable partner to our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success (CSM), and Partnerships teams, transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that shape our strategic direction and inform our product development roadmap.
  • • Your core mission is to uncover critical insights by formulating hypotheses and rigorously validating them with data. This involves delving into user behavior, market trends, and campaign performance to understand what drives success and identify areas for improvement. You will be instrumental in measuring the effectiveness of our GTM initiatives and providing data-driven recommendations to optimize our strategies.
  • • You will identify both global and local trends in user behavior and market dynamics, translating these observations into actionable product and business decisions. This requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to connect disparate data points to form a cohesive understanding of our customer base and market landscape.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve analyzing and interpreting key customer metrics. You will track, measure, and report on the impact and value generated by our platform and GTM efforts, ensuring that we are meeting our objectives and delivering maximum value to our nonprofit clients.
  • • You will be responsible for designing and evaluating A/B tests with prospective and existing customers. This experimental approach is crucial for optimizing conversion rates, user experience, and the overall performance of our platform and marketing campaigns.
  • • You will proactively handle ad-hoc analytical requests from stakeholders across the organization. This means being responsive, adaptable, and capable of quickly pivoting to address urgent business questions with data-driven answers.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your analytical contributions directly influence business strategy and product innovation. You will collaborate closely with a talented, international team, primarily communicating in Russian within the development group, but requiring strong English proficiency for effective communication with our US-based business stakeholders and clients.

You should be comfortable working in a data-rich environment and possess excellent communication skills to convey complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Product Analyst.
  • • Advanced proficiency in SQL.
  • • Expertise in Python and its data analysis libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn).
  • • Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Metabase).
  • • Excellent command of written and spoken English (C1 level or higher).
