  • • As a Product Analyst, GTM, you will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of FundraiseUp's Go-To-Market (GTM) efforts by transforming complex data into actionable insights. You will serve as a vital bridge between our data science capabilities and our business-facing teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and Partnerships. Your primary objective is to empower these teams with the data-driven understanding needed to optimize their strategies, measure the effectiveness of their initiatives, and directly influence the evolution of our product roadmap. This role demands a unique blend of analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and clear communication, especially given our global team dynamics and our primary market focus in English-speaking regions.
  • • You will be tasked with uncovering critical, often hidden, insights by formulating robust hypotheses and rigorously validating them through comprehensive data analysis. This involves delving into user behavior, market trends, and campaign performance to identify patterns and opportunities that can drive significant business impact. Your ability to translate raw data into compelling narratives will be key to influencing decision-making across the organization.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve identifying both global and local trends in user behavior and market dynamics. This requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to synthesize information from various sources to understand how our platform is being adopted and utilized by different segments and regions. These insights will be crucial for informing product development priorities and ensuring our offerings remain competitive and relevant.
  • • You will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting key customer metrics, focusing on measuring the impact and value delivered by our platform. This includes understanding customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, churn rates, and engagement metrics. By providing clear, concise reports and dashboards, you will help stakeholders understand the performance of their initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • • Designing and evaluating A/B tests with prospective and existing customers will be a core responsibility. You will work closely with product and marketing teams to set up experiments aimed at optimizing conversion rates, user experience, and the effectiveness of various GTM strategies. Your ability to design statistically sound tests and interpret their results accurately will directly contribute to performance improvements.
  • • You will also be expected to handle ad-hoc analytical requests from stakeholders across the organization. This requires a flexible and responsive approach, with the ability to quickly pivot to address urgent business questions and provide timely, data-backed answers. Building strong relationships with stakeholders will be essential to understanding their needs and delivering relevant insights.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Product Analyst role, with a proven track record of driving business decisions through data.
  • • Strong foundation in mathematical statistics and probability theory, enabling rigorous analysis and hypothesis testing.
  • • Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction and manipulation.
  • • Expertise in Python and its data analysis libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn) for in-depth analysis and modeling.
  • • Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase for data visualization and dashboard creation.
  • • Excellent command of written and spoken English (C1 level or higher) to effectively communicate with US-based stakeholders and contribute to global business discussions.
