đź“‹ Description

  • • Join FundraiseUp, a leading modern fundraising platform revolutionizing how nonprofits connect with donors worldwide. We are dedicated to making online giving faster, more convenient, and more effective, consistently innovating to enhance page load times, boost conversion rates, and support a wide array of payment methods. Our platform facilitates tens of millions of dollars in donations each month, trusted by premier organizations like UNICEF, the American Heart Association, and the Alzheimer’s Association, reflected in our outstanding 4.9 out of 5 rating on review platforms. We specialize in serving the enterprise segment, with a primary client base in the US, Canada, UK, and Australia.
  • • As a Product Analyst, GTM (Go-To-Market), you will play an instrumental role in bridging the gap between our data and our business strategy. You will be a vital partner to our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success (CSM), and Partnerships teams, transforming raw data into actionable insights that illuminate effectiveness, guide strategic decisions, and shape the future of our product roadmap. While our engineering and product development teams primarily communicate in Russian, our core business operations and stakeholder interactions are with our US-based clientele, making your advanced English proficiency essential for seamless communication and collaboration.
  • • Your core mission will be to dive deep into our data, uncovering critical insights by formulating hypotheses and rigorously validating them. You will be responsible for identifying both global and local trends in user behavior, providing the foundational knowledge needed to make informed product decisions. This involves meticulously analyzing and interpreting customer metrics to accurately measure the impact and value of our platform features and GTM initiatives.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be the design and evaluation of A/B tests. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to conceptualize, implement, and analyze experiments, particularly with prospective customers, to optimize performance across various touchpoints. This data-driven approach ensures we are continuously refining our offerings and strategies based on empirical evidence.
  • • You will also be the go-to person for ad-hoc analytical requests from stakeholders across the organization. This requires a proactive and agile approach, the ability to quickly understand business needs, and the skill to deliver clear, concise, and impactful analyses under varying timelines. Your insights will directly influence key business decisions, from campaign optimization to feature prioritization.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a dynamic, collaborative, and high-impact product development team of over 150 professionals located across Europe. We foster an environment where every task contributes significantly to our collective success. You’ll be part of a culture that encourages open dialogue, knowledge sharing, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. We host bi-weekly engineering meetups to explore technical topics and showcase team insights, ensuring continuous learning and professional growth.
  • • You will leverage our robust tech stack, including Python for data analysis, ClickHouse, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL for databases, and BI tools like Tableau, Grafana, and Metabase for visualization and reporting. Experience with Airflow for orchestration and Git for version control will be beneficial. Your ability to translate complex analytical findings into understandable narratives for non-technical audiences will be highly valued.
  • • FundraiseUp is committed to a transparent company culture. We openly share information about our growth, revenue streams, and future plans. We believe in a long-term focus, offering equity options and valuing sustained, meaningful contributions from our team members. This is a remote position based in Georgia, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a globally distributed, talented team.
  • • By joining us, you’ll contribute to a mission-driven company that empowers nonprofits to achieve their fundraising goals. You will work with a supportive and collaborative product team that takes ownership of its creations, benefiting from a clear product vision and direct access to feedback from leading global nonprofit organizations. We pride ourselves on a flat organizational structure, free from politics, where the focus is purely on doing great work with great people. This is your chance to make a tangible impact in the nonprofit sector while advancing your career in product analytics.
