As a Product Analyst, GTM, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our business objectives and data-driven insights, directly influencing our go-to-market strategies and product development.
- • This is a remote position based in Serbia, offering a unique opportunity to work within a dynamic, international team. While our core engineering team communicates primarily in Russian, your fluency in English (C1 level or higher) is essential for collaborating with our US-based business stakeholders and understanding the nuances of our global clientele. You will be an integral part of our growing product development team, which comprises over 150 talented individuals spread across various European countries. - • Your primary mission as a Product Analyst, GTM, will be to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making for our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success (CSM), and Partnerships teams. You will be instrumental in understanding market trends, customer behavior, and the effectiveness of our go-to-market initiatives. By forming hypotheses and rigorously validating them with data, you will uncover critical insights that shape our product roadmap and enhance our market position. This role requires a blend of analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and effective communication to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- • Key responsibilities will include identifying both global and local trends in user behavior and market dynamics to inform product development and GTM strategies. You will be tasked with analyzing and interpreting key customer metrics to measure the impact and value of our platform and initiatives. A significant part of your role will involve designing and evaluating A/B tests with prospective and existing customers to optimize conversion rates, user experience, and overall platform performance. Furthermore, you will be the go-to person for ad-hoc analytical requests, providing timely and accurate data-driven answers to stakeholders across the organization, ensuring that decisions are always grounded in evidence.
- • You will delve into the performance of our sales funnels, marketing campaigns, and customer success initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. This involves not just reporting on what happened, but understanding the 'why' behind the numbers. You will collaborate closely with product managers to define success metrics for new features and initiatives, and with the marketing team to analyze campaign effectiveness and customer acquisition costs. For the sales and customer success teams, you will provide insights into customer segmentation, churn prediction, and upsell opportunities, enabling them to better serve our clients and drive revenue growth.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in mathematical statistics and probability theory, enabling them to apply advanced analytical techniques. Proficiency in SQL is a must for data extraction and manipulation, complemented by expertise in Python and its data analysis libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn) for in-depth analysis and modeling. Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase will be crucial for creating compelling visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings effectively. Your ability to translate complex analytical concepts into clear, concise language for non-technical audiences will be a key differentiator.
