• • As a Product Analyst, you will be a versatile data expert, instrumental in guiding our product development lifecycle. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire analytical spectrum, from building robust data infrastructure to designing and meticulously analyzing A/B tests, and ultimately delivering actionable insights to key stakeholders across the organization.

• • Your core responsibility will be to uncover actionable insights by identifying key trends in user behavior. You will translate these observations into data-backed product hypotheses and collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to conceptualize and test these hypotheses.
• • You will own the A/B testing process end-to-end. This includes designing rigorous experiments, launching them effectively, and performing in-depth analysis to validate product improvements and optimize overall product performance. Your insights will directly influence product iterations and strategic direction.
• • A significant part of your role will involve building and maintaining a solid data foundation. You will be responsible for creating and managing data marts and developing comprehensive BI reports. These reports will serve as crucial tools for visualizing product and operational metrics, providing visibility to the entire company and enabling data-driven decision-making at all levels.
• • You will also be tasked with performing deep-dive analyses to address ad-hoc analytical requests. These requests will often stem from critical business or product questions, requiring you to dive deep into the data, synthesize complex information, and provide clear, concise answers that guide strategic choices.
• • The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in mathematical statistics and probability theory, enabling them to design sound experiments and interpret results with confidence. Advanced proficiency in SQL is essential for data extraction and manipulation, while expertise in Python and its data analysis libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn) will be crucial for complex analysis and modeling.
• • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase is required for creating compelling data visualizations and dashboards. You will also need strong written English skills to clearly document your findings and communicate complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
