- • As a Product Analyst at Spirio, you will play a critical role in scaling an educational platform rooted in Eastern philosophies that helps users live more fulfilling and happy lives by analyzing user behavior, identifying growth opportunities, and driving data-informed product decisions.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include analyzing product content for habit formation and user retention impact, uncovering patterns to form hypotheses for improving individual user experience, enhancing onboarding and activation metrics, providing the team with essential Business Intelligence, and integrating AI tools into the analytical process.
- • You will join Spirio, a venture-backed business under Skelar AS, a venture builder that creates consumer businesses in EdTech, Mental Health, Petcare, FashionTech, and more, with products used by over 10 million people globally and recognized by Product Hunt, The Webby Awards, and TrustPilot.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in product analytics, BI, and experimentation while contributing to meaningful social impact through Skelar’s veteran accelerator and other initiatives, all within a supportive environment that includes wellness spaces, learning programs, and team-wide perks.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in product analytics, preferably in B2C, Subscription, or Mobile products
- • Strong SQL and Python skills for analyzing large datasets
- • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or equivalents for creating clear dashboards
- • Deep understanding of product metrics including Retention, Churn, LTV, CAC, and experience with funnels and onboarding
- • Experience in formulating hypotheses, planning tests, and analyzing results
- • Business-minded and proactive: ability to interpret data in terms of real user behavior and monetization impact
