- • Execute and own end-to-end marketing creative for ZeroTier’s sales and marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, social media assets, email visuals, landing pages, and sales enablement materials.
- • Collaborate directly with the Director of Visual Design and the Marketing team to translate strategic direction into visually compelling, on-brand creative assets.
- • Build and maintain scalable design systems, templates, and reusable components to streamline production and ensure visual consistency across all platforms and channels.
- • Leverage AI-assisted design workflows to increase output efficiency while preserving high standards of visual quality and brand integrity.
- • Own the visual execution of product-focused marketing campaigns that communicate ZeroTier’s next-generation cybersecurity and networking capabilities to enterprise and individual users.
- • Adapt creative assets for multiple formats and platforms, including web, mobile, email, paid ads, and print, ensuring optimal performance and aesthetic coherence.
- • Participate in creative planning sessions to contribute design-led insights that enhance messaging, user engagement, and conversion outcomes.
- • Maintain and update brand guidelines documentation to ensure alignment across internal teams and external partners.
- • Review and refine existing creative assets to improve performance, modernize aesthetics, and align with evolving brand standards.
- • Deliver assets on tight deadlines without compromising quality, managing multiple concurrent projects with precision and prioritization.
- • Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Content teams to ensure visual assets accurately reflect product features, value propositions, and technical capabilities.
- • Contribute to the development of a sustainable creative scale engine that reduces friction, minimizes redundant work, and enables rapid iteration without sacrificing brand standards.
- • Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices in cybersecurity and SaaS marketing to continuously elevate the quality and relevance of ZeroTier’s visual identity.
- • Provide constructive feedback to peers and junior designers to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in visual communication.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- • Demonstrated experience creating marketing and sales enablement assets for B2B SaaS or cybersecurity products
- • Strong portfolio showcasing ability to execute high-quality, brand-aligned visual content at scale
- • Experience implementing and maintaining design systems and reusable templates
- • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
- • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and workflows
