- • We're looking for a Product Data Analyst who will become a strategic partner to our Product teams and help shape the future of Sintra through data.
- • This role goes far beyond reporting. You'll help identify growth opportunities, design experiments, measure product performance, challenge assumptions and drive better product decisions.
- • You will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, Researchers and Leadership to ensure product decisions are backed by data and experimentation.
- • Responsibilities include:
- • Design, execute and evaluate A/B tests.
- • Analyze product usage data and user behavior.
- • Identify product growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- • Support the full product development lifecycle through analytics.
- • Define and maintain key product metrics.
- • Ensure accurate event tracking and data collection.
- • Analyze feature performance and user adoption.
- • Partner with Product teams to support strategic decision-making.
- • Deliver actionable recommendations based on data insights.
- • Help build a strong experimentation culture across the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience as a Product Data Analyst, Product Analyst or similar role.
- • Experience working in a SaaS environment.
- • Strong SQL skills.
- • Experience working with DBT.
- • Experience using Python for analytics and automation.
- • Understanding of experimentation and A/B testing methodologies.
- • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
