📋 Description

• • Own and evolve the end-to-end design vision for InsiderOne’s flagship AI-driven customer engagement platform, ensuring every pixel and interaction delights 2,000+ global brands and the hundreds of millions of consumers they serve.
• • Lead, mentor, and grow a distributed team of product designers across 30 offices, providing hands-on feedback, career coaching, and design critiques that raise the bar for craft, speed, and strategic impact.
• • Drive the creation, governance, and continuous improvement of a scalable design system in Figma that unifies responsive web apps, mobile experiences, and emerging channels such as WhatsApp, SMS, and in-app messaging—balancing consistency with flexibility so teams can ship faster without sacrificing quality.
• • Partner daily with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and marketers to translate complex AI and CDP capabilities into intuitive workflows, turning ambitious product roadmaps into lovable user experiences that measurably increase adoption, retention, and revenue.
• • Champion a rigorous research practice—owning quantitative surveys, qualitative user interviews, diary studies, and usability tests across 50+ nationalities—then synthesize findings into clear insights that shape roadmap priorities and design decisions.
• • Facilitate high-energy ideation workshops, design sprints, and co-creation sessions that bring diverse perspectives together, turning the power of “We” into breakthrough product concepts and rapid prototypes.
• • Translate company-level OKRs and Series E growth targets into design OKRs, defining success metrics such as task-completion rates, NPS uplift, and feature adoption that prove the business value of design investments.
• • Own design operations initiatives—processes, tooling, documentation, and onboarding—that reduce friction, increase velocity, and ensure every Insider designer can do the best work of their career.
• • Advocate for accessibility, localization, and inclusive design standards so the platform feels native and respectful to users in every market, from Istanbul to Singapore, Berlin to São Paulo.
• • Present design strategy and progress to C-level stakeholders, investors, and Fortune 500 customers, using storytelling, prototypes, and data to secure buy-in and inspire confidence in the product direction.
• • Stay relentlessly curious—experiment with emerging AI interaction patterns, generative design tools, and new channels—then share learnings through internal guilds, external conferences, and the company’s Medium publication.
• • Celebrate the details that turn “nearly there” into “there” and beyond—micro-interactions, empty states, error handling, and onboarding flows that transform first-time users into lifelong advocates.
• • Foster a culture where food fuels creativity—organize design jams over Turkish breakfast, virtual pizza critiques, and global potlucks that strengthen team bonds and spark unexpected ideas.
• • Contribute to InsiderOne’s social impact programs—SheCodes, SheLeads, AI Training for Teachers—using design thinking to amplify the reach and effectiveness of initiatives across 30 countries.
