- • As a Product Designer at Epic, you will design end-to-end product experiences across web and mobile, shaping how millions of children, families, and educators engage with reading and learning through intuitive, high-quality digital experiences.
- • You will partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and data teams to define user problems, explore solutions, and deliver polished designs that improve key user journeys such as onboarding, content discovery, search, recommendations, engagement, and subscription flows.
- • You will contribute to and evolve Epic’s design system, use qualitative feedback and experimentation to refine decisions, and collaborate across time zones to communicate design thinking clearly in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
- • In this role, you will grow your expertise in designing for children’s edtech products, deepen your impact on personalized learning experiences, and help build the next generation of reading platforms that are more accessible, engaging, and effective for K–12 students worldwide.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–5 years of experience in product design, UX design, interaction design, or a related field
- • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking, interaction design, and execution across digital products
- • Experience designing user flows, navigation systems, and high-quality interfaces for web and/or mobile products
- • Ability to simplify complex workflows into clear, intuitive experiences
- • Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese
- • Strong communication skills and ability to explain design rationale clearly to stakeholders
